[DevOps Adoption] Pivot GraphQL API from segments to groups

Problem to solve

DevOps Adoption was originally built with a concept of "segments", but was quickly pivoted to use the concept of groups. However, the GraphQL API documentation still refers to "segments" in 6 places.

Proposal

Update the GraphQL API's DevOps Adoption aspects to match the feature (pivot segments to groups).
